Who we are

Sedona Pickler ("we," "us," "our") is a privately owned vacation rental home in Sedona, Arizona, United States. This website shares information about the home and takes booking enquiries. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the booking enquiry on this website. For the purposes of the GDPR and LGPD, we are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect and why

• Information you send us. When you email a booking or group enquiry, we receive the name, email address, and any trip details you choose to share. We use it only to respond to and arrange your stay. Legal basis: taking steps to enter into a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example which pages are popular and which links are clicked. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally; your IP address is anonymized. Legal basis: consent.
• Aggregate visit measurement. Our website provider (Cavmir) records a privacy-light, cookieless page-view count so we know which pages are being read. It does not set cookies or build a profile of you.
• Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

We do not knowingly collect financial or payment details on this site. Bookings and payments are completed on Airbnb under Airbnb's own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies & consent

We do not load analytics cookies until you accept them using the banner shown on your first visit. Analytics consent defaults to "denied" until you choose otherwise (Google Consent Mode v2). Choosing Decline keeps analytics off and the site works normally. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back. The cookies involved are Google Analytics' _ga and _ga_* (up to ~2 years, only after consent) and a small local value that remembers your consent choice.

Who we share it with (processors)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, each under its own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (server logs, security). Privacy policy.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent. Privacy policy.
• Cavmir — our website and marketing provider, which maintains this site and the aggregate visit count.
• Airbnb — where bookings and payments are completed, under Airbnb's privacy policy.

International transfers

These providers are based in the United States and your information may be processed there. Where data is transferred out of the EU/UK, the providers rely on recognized safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiry emails: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Google Analytics data: GA4's default retention of 14 months.
• Server logs: a short rolling window (around 30 days) for security.

Your rights

EU / UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies. You will not be treated differently for exercising these rights (non-discrimination). Because we run no ad pixels, the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice is met by declining analytics in the cookie banner.

Brazil (LGPD). You have the right to confirmation and access, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and to revoke consent. You can reach our data contact ("encarregado") at the email below.

How to exercise any of these: contact us through the booking enquiry on this website. We respond within 30 days (GDPR), 45 days (CCPA), or 15 days (LGPD).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit who can access enquiry correspondence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
