A private, regulation-size indoor pickleball court in a building of its own, 66 by 36 feet, with an acrylic surface on a concrete slab
Year-round play
Heated, air-conditioned and lit; the thermostat stays at 68 degrees all year, so games run at 6 a.m. in January or 10 p.m. in July

Paddles and balls are provided; guests bring their own court shoes
